Found­ed in 1974, a pri­vate, local­ly owned com­pa­ny on the fore­front of South­ern Cal­i­for­ni­a’s dynam­ic busi­ness envi­ron­ment. They man­age more than 50 mil­lion indi­vid­u­al­ly iden­ti­fied items for more than 1,200 orga­ni­za­tions, 24 hours a day, and 365 days a year. Law firms, med­ical facil­i­ties, adver­tis­ing agen­cies, account­ing prac­tices, start-up com­pa­nies and gov­ern­ment agen­cies through­out South­ern Cal­i­for­nia faith­ful­ly use our ser­vices each and every day.

File­Keep­ers, a divi­sion of Raleigh Enter­pris­es, a Los Ange­les based hold­ing com­pa­ny (Sun­set Mar­quis Hotel, Rosen­thal Estate Wines) is one of the largest pri­vate­ly-held file stor­age com­pa­nies in South­ern California.
The com­pa­ny approached ISBX to con­sult on the design and devel­op­ment of an on-demand web and mobile appli­ca­tion to pow­er its exist­ing file stor­age infra­struc­ture for the new economy.

ISBX designed the appli­ca­tion to com­pli­ment the exist­ing busi­ness mod­el, build­ing a seam­less solu­tion that would require min­i­mal mod­i­fi­ca­tions to its exist­ing process.
The appli­ca­tion features:

  • Abil­i­ty to order bar­cod­ed boxes
  • Indi­vid­ual & mul­ti-user busi­ness accounts

  • Label­ing, pho­tos, descrip­tion of contents

  • Inven­to­ry dash­board and history
ISBX fur­ther inte­grat­ed the appli­ca­tion to pro­vide real time ful­fill­ment requests with­in the client’s exist­ing inven­to­ry man­age­ment software.
