The Queen Mary rep­re­sents ISBX’s expe­ri­ence work­ing with a promi­nent real estate devel­op­ment and man­age­ment firm to revi­tal­ize a key port­fo­lio asset and recent acqui­si­tion. In order to rede­vel­op and rebrand the 50 year old attrac­tion and hotel expe­ri­ence, the Queen Mary approached ISBX to redesign the web­site and intro­duce an ambi­tious tech­nol­o­gy plat­form as a cen­ter­piece to the attrac­tions experience.
The client’s main dri­ver was to focus on cus­tomer acqui­si­tion of a younger demo­graph­ic, increase reten­tion, and bring new­found promi­nence to the attraction.
As a part of this strat­e­gy ISBX pro­posed and/or devel­oped the following:
  • Mobile expe­ri­ence app, includ­ing Aug­ment­ed Reality
  • Blue­tooth bea­con place­ment through­out the vessel
  • Vir­tu­al tour high­light­ing the his­to­ry of the ves­sel through­out its 30 year ser­vice life
  • Hotel book­ings and event tick­et pur­chas­es through the app
